Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You'll see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
